Senior Network Engineer
As Senior Network Engineer, you will guide the team designing and developing a highly portable game framework and implement network components within the action / fight games genre.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and optimize cutting edge game code and/or middleware on PS3
- Design and implement efficient and maintainable code (primarily in C++ although C or assembly language may be required occasionally)
- Design and implement code to connect to or provide lobby and matchmaking services
- Write and maintain network code for multiple platforms and occasionally integrate third party APIs
- Excellent practical knowledge of network programming on network packet level
- Excellent understanding of impact on architectural patterns like C/S or peer-to-peer
- Knowledge of encryption and securing networked applications
- Excellent understanding of C++ (Minimum 4 years experience)
- Proven track record of at least three completed game projects (console)
- Knowledge of game related network platforms for the Sony Network
- Practical knowledge of network programming on the PS3
- Scripting Languages (Lua, Python, etc)
- XML experience a bonus

Art Director
We seek an experienced Art Director with exceptional artistic abilities ideally across a variety of media, both traditional and electronic. You are able to collaborate with other team leads in a deadline-driven environment. Effectively self-tasking, you possess a firm understanding of art production pipelines within next-gen console game development environments.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Significant range of production experience, having completed multiple development projects
- 8+ years game experience
- At least three console titles shipped from concept through final as an Artist
- Excellent concept, modeling and texturing skills, including a strong understanding of efficient techniques for game production
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of 2D and 3D software packages, including expert knowledge of Photoshop and Maya, and bonus points for experience with Zbrush and MudBox.
- 3DStudio Max experience will be considered, but our artists will be using Maya in our production process. Interests in global/historic architecture, interior design, and traditional painting are highly desirable.
- Superior eye for color and detail
- Excellent understanding of maximizing the lighting and shadow opportunities when creating an environment space
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to accept and follow direction, collaborate productively with others, and work to meet deadlines as necessary
- Strong interest in games, preferably with specific industry experience shipping titles for next-generation consoles, PC, etc.
- A Strong portfolio, work samples are required to be evaluated for this position
- Must be able to demonstrate production experience and strong, hands-on knowledge of art creation tools.
- Must possess a strong foundation in at least one of the traditional arts, sculpting, drawing or painting, as well as having strong knowledge of human and animal anatomy.
- Must be willing to take an Art test
