Emilse Neme


Emilse Neme is an artist, photojournalist, and editor at Sudacaphotos, an independent photo news agency focused on documenting the human condition across the Americas.

She has developed her career as a senior editorial and production manager, alongside conducting curatorial practices. Her work reflects extensive experience supporting exhibitions, publications, and museum collections through rigorous research, cataloging, writing, and cross-departmental coordination.

With a background in modern and contemporary visual culture, works on paper, and socially engaged artistic practices, she has built a strong record of collaboration with curators, artists, archives, and cultural institutions. Emilse holds a degree in Visual Arts from Argentina.

Her areas of work, research, and development include art, art history, photography, photojournalism, culture, design, aesthetics, patrimony, and cultural heritage.

Over the past decade, she has participated extensively in exhibitions both as an artist and as an independent curator in museums and cultural centers. She is the author of a book recognized as an ambassadorial work by the Argentine government and works as a private visual consultant for cultural and tourism institutions.
